The following Terms and Conditions are applicable between you, the purchaser, and ATELIER365, and govern all use of and orders placed on the ATELIER365 website.

Please be aware that ATELIER365 does not guarantee the availability of all products presented on the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. Orders can only be placed by individuals aged 18 years or older. ATELIER365 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Each purchase is subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time the order is placed. Please ensure that you have read and understood the current Terms and Conditions before submitting your order.

PLACING ORDERS

By using the website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. An order can only be placed if you have confirmed your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please note that products in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have completed the checkout process and received an order confirmation email.

PRICES

All prices are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes. The value-added tax (VAT) is based on the rate applicable within Belgian territory. Prices may be updated by ATELIER365 at any time; however, the price applied to your order will be the price displayed on the site at the time of purchase. Shipping fees are not included in the product prices.

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. If the items you have ordered are not available, we will notify you as soon as possible. If an ordered product is unavailable, ATELIER365 will inform you via email within 7 days of the order date. You may then choose to maintain or cancel the order. If the order is maintained and partially delivered, you will only be charged for the delivered items. If the order is canceled, we will refund the amount via your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

Our solid wood furniture is crafted from carefully sourced, high-quality materials.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight imperfections and variations may occur. These unique characteristics are inherent to the artisanal process and should be appreciated as part of the product’s authenticity, not as defects or non-conformity.
